Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Seems to be a crappy day today. Sigh. I've no idea why... Yesterday wasn't so bad. The other day I could recall that I was a bit down. Sigh. Oh well.
Math 11 last long exam today. I've a bunch of exams to evaluate, Math 11 and Math 100 now. I promised to give back the Math 100 results tomorrow. So I guess I have to finsh them today. Sigh. I'm in such a surly mood, I can't really point out why.

Woke up 6 a.m., Mia got here at MB115 by 8 a.m. Slept a rough 6 hours. Was able to finish Math 11 exam in *.tex format. Did major research last night about IEEE comunication journals for my paper with Ric and fluid flow for my paper with Dr. M.
Math 100 fourth exam today. Gave out lollipops to students, now that was fun.
Finished proctoring at 12 noon and ate at Papercup with Ajay. Met Ric by his car at almost 1 p.m. and he brought us along with him to Dr. M's place. Discussed the work venture for summer regarding computer seminars we are to conduct at the nearby parish. Dr. M seems to have something elseup his sleeve for Ajay, calling him his "adopted son". Ric says it has something to do with Dr. M's son Paolo going to Canada soon, and him needing someone to oversee his business management. All I can say is... wow.
Whew. It's been a busy week. A busy TWO weeks in fact. But things are progressing with research and work, so that's a good thing. Semester is almost over, just roughly two weeks to go. When summer classes start on the third week of April that would mean the conferences are VERY near.
I've been doing a lot of reading about my thesis, and I'm glad to say I'm getting much progress. I've restarted it, so I guess that means an extra semster, unless I pay double time to reach October graduation. I wonder if I make it...
I still am trying to make up my mind whether to go home tomorrow after the exams. Papa comes home tomorrow evening from Mactan, and he's gonna need his laptop back. Anyhow, I guess I'll decide tomorrow. Right now I still have much to accomplish. Good night.

It's another Monday. The usual aches of traffic and early morning sickness. Good thing Mama woke me up bright and early (not exactly bright at 4 a.m., but well) so I was able to leave the house at a good hour. I finished evaluating exam papers for both my classes this morning, and I was able to give back their results too. Now it's after lunch hour and I've eaten fish and veggies and some rice. I ought to go to the Science office soon, although I'm awfully sleepy and very tempted to go home early. Maybe I will.
By the way, I've finally made the GPRS and MMS work now. I've used both netwroks, Globe and Smart, to download multimedia files for the phone. Pretty cool. Gerald sent me a Garfield .jpg, and I got a few .midi files for the polyphonic ringtones. Mama is very amused with it, making papa pretty flustered about her getting her own model soon. When she leaves for Texas within the year she won't find a phone bought from here very useful, so they decided not to get one. I loaned my old phone to Papa, he's using it now. Kuya and Ruth were at home last night discussing with Mama how she would be able to transfer her credit accounts to Standard Chartered. I hope it works out all well before Mama needs to leave for the States. I wish I could have my passport fixed soon too, you never know when I'd be needing it. Bah, I think I need to fix it before July if ever I dream of even attending the Indonesia SEAMS conference. The CIMPA conference in India or Campinas is an option too, although I doubt if UP would fund a long trip to Brazil.
