2nd post.
Well, I'm almost done with 2nd part of Math 11 topics. Two meetings left until their next exam. I spent much time on roots and zeros today, the students were quite responsive. Hopefully, they'll do better on this exam. This morning, I watched (and rewatched) The Fellowship. I could not help but pick up my brother's copy of the Silmarillion on my way out for 10 am class. I can't get those elven names out of my head. Ajay and I will be going out this afternoon, most likely to see The Hero. I could use the time out from work. There's still so much to be done. I passed by the CS office to drop off the earphones I needed for the tapes I was going to listen to. They got rid of the divider from my side of the office so you can see my desk from outside the office already. Made the place look bigger, although I hope it's only temporary. It makes me uneasy seing passersby while I work there. I went into sugar shock last night on account of devouring a third of a jar of Baguio choco flakes. I fell asleep after some chatting with Mama through SMS. I oughta get home to Laguna tomorrow afternoon, Mama says she needs help to prepare for her exam at the US Embassy on Saturday. Papa says he wants to buy me a new phone on Saturday afternoon, I wonder if I should give in or not. Mama says Kuya is sick right now, I should've bought him a jacket in Baguio, I guess I was too worried it won't fit. Apparently he gets cold at his workplace and Mama blames the icy water when he takes showers at home. Poor Kuya. I was sick the past days too, though I was more worried about how Ajay had been feeling in Baguio on our last night there that I didn't really bother much for myself. Which reminds me, I'm wearing the blue stone amulet I bought at the Camp, but I'm hiding it behind my collar today, so no one has seen it I'm sure. It feels cold against the skin. I think it's really cool though. Oh and Sheryll had sent through email the video clips she took of our Baguio trip, maybe it can be uploaded somewhere on the net. I want a new digital camera! [sigh] I really should not have relied too much on the compensation from Info-Asia. Made me lose balance on the budget.
